Contract and Move-in  

We can act as a representative of the property owner and introduce the property to prospective tenants. We will also produce the necessary documents and ensure that the process goes smoothly. Once both parties sign the paper work, we will then help arrange the move-in.

Guarantor Service   If the tenant requires a Guarantor Service in order to rent the property, we will help the tenant find a suitable service.


Fire Insurance and Tenant Compensation Insurance  


The property will be insured by the tenant in case of losses and/or damages by fire and/or unexpected accidents during the tenancy. Overseas tenants will have the choice to have English Support.


During the Tenancy, Renewal and Cancellation  


By agreeing upon our Property Management Agreement, Enplus Inc. can arrange the rent collection, maintenance and repairs, cleaning service and fees after move-out, the renewal and cancellation of contracts, and handling of problems during the tenancy.
* For tenants from abroad, Enplus Inc. can also support tenants with the move-in / out, and life / area support.
